The EB5 Attorneys platform is engineered to surface objective, factual records regarding legal practitioners. Our central directive is transparency. We index publicly available records and categorically refuse to accept payment in exchange for enhanced directory placement or artificial ranking adjustments.

Verification Tiers

We classify practitioners into designated tiers based strictly on verifiable public data. These classifications are automated and periodic.

• Tier A (Verified Practice): The attorney maintains active, good standing with their respective state bar and has independently verifiable markers of active practice in the relevant immigration category. This may include objective filing records or verifiable institutional publications.
• Tier B (Confirmed Identity): The attorney maintains active, good standing with their state bar, but public records regarding specific case volume or recent specialized practice history are insufficient or unavailable.
• Tier C (Indexed Profile): The attorney is listed in public directories, but recent state bar standing has not been automatically confirmed within the current review cycle.

Data Automation and Sourcing

Our systems continuously aggregate data from state licensing boards and public legal repositories. Because this process is automated, the verification tier reflects our system's best assessment at the specific time of the last sync. We do not manually audit every profile.

We cannot and do not guarantee the current standing, success rate, or disciplinary history of any attorney listed. Disciplinary records can be initiated or resolved without our immediate knowledge. Prospective clients must independently verify the standing of any attorney through official state bar channels before retaining their services.
