Terence S.'Terry' Coonan

Terence S. Coonan is an Associate Professor of Criminology and Executive Director of the Center for the Advancement of Human Rights at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He is an internationally recognized human rights and immigration law scholar with approximately 33 years of experience, having worked with the United Nations and U.S. Justice Department on asylum and refugee law matters.
