Stuart Douglas Alcorn is an EOIR Immigration Judge at the Pearsall Immigration Court, appointed in 2018. He previously served as Assistant Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE/DHS) from 2008 to 2018, and prior to that as a military defense attorney in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. He holds a J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University (2004).
