Christopher Westley Dempsey

Christopher Westley Dempsey is the principal of Dempsey Law, PLLC in Jacksonville, Florida, a former Chief of the National Security and Affirmative Litigation Unit at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation where he served for over a decade. He is a combat veteran who deployed to Afghanistan in Operation Enduring Freedom and founded Mission-Phoenix, Inc. to provide pro bono legal services to veterans with PTSD. He serves as Chair of the Litigation and Collective Advocacy Committee of AILA's Central Florida Chapter.
