Carlos Mauricio Duque

Carlos Mauricio Duque is the founder of Duque Immigration Law, PLLC in Doral, Florida, with approximately 45 years of Florida Bar experience practicing exclusively in immigration law with a focus on removal proceedings, deportation defense, and complex inadmissibility matters. He is licensed in both Florida and Colombia and serves as Chair of the Immigration Committee of the Dade County Bar and is a member of AILA's Business/Investment Committee. His practice represents clients before USCIS, ICE, CBP, immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
